As President of BBL Hospitality, Mr. Obermayer is responsible for all aspects of operations and sales for the company’s 13 hotels and 8 restaurants; including investment and acquisition activity as well as new business development. Mr. Obermayer also serves the role of Chief Financial Officer for BBL Family of Companies giving him financial oversight of all corporate resources and strategic planning.

Todd Carozza
Director of Hotel Operations

Mr. Carozza brings nearly 15 years of hospitality experience to BBL Hospitality and is responsible for the overall success of the company’s hotel operations. He oversees the short and long-term planning and strategic direction of new hotel properties, as well as implementing programs and managing daily operations. Prior to joining BBL Hospitality, Mr. Carozza served as AGM at the Troy Hilton Garden Inn and opening General Manager of the Homewood Suites in Port St. Lucie.

Kenneth Waldie
Director of Food and Beverage

Mr. Waldie has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He is responsible for all aspects of food and beverages including lead consultation on brand standards, menu and kitchen design, food safety, training and administration. Prior to joining BBL Hospitality, Mr. Waldie held the position of Area Director of Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar in the Clifton Park and Colonie District of Upstate New York.

Adam Lundin
Director of Finance

Mr. Lundin has five years of experience in the hospitality industry and more than eleven years of accounting experience. He is responsible for the company’s financial plans and policies, its accounting practices, the conduct of its relationships with lending institutions and the financial community, the maintenance of its fiscal records and the preparation of financial reports. Prior to joining BBL Hospitality, Mr. Lundin held the position as the Controller for The Great Escape Properties (Six Flags) in Glens Falls, New York.

Donna Mogul
Controller

Ms. Mogul brings 17 years of accounting and property management experience to the BBL Hospitality team.  She is a member of the National Institute of Real Estate Management and is a Certified Property Manager.  Ms. Mogul’s most recent position was as the Controller for BBL Development Group.

Carrie Hillenbrandt CMP
Director of Sales and Marketing

Ms. Hillenbrandt has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry and currently leads the strategic sales efforts for BBL Hospitality. She plays an integrated role in working with the hotel sales personnel to develop new opportunities and attract new business. Prior to joining BBL Hospitality, Ms. Hillenbrandt held the Director of Sales position at the Marriott Hotel in Albany, New York.
