Since the inception of BBL Construction Services, parent company of BBL Hospitality, Mr. Led Duke has been involved in the hospitality industry for the past several decades constructing over 40 hotels representing in excess of 2 million square feet of hotel space. Mr. Led Duke’s investment interest began in 2000 and has grown continuously over the years. BBL and its affiliates currently own 11 hotels with 3 more properties under construction.

As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Obermayer’s responsibilities include financial oversight of all corporate resources; strategic planning, budgeting, and risk management; preparation of financial statements and tax returns; negotiation of institutional financing for general corporate and specific project requirements; administration of payroll and benefits; management of specific real estate projects; and development of financial policies and procedures.

Executive Vice President / Human Resources

Mr. Woods is a Senior Professional in Human Resources with more than 30 years experience in progressive Human Resources roles. Mr. Woods is responsible for the hiring of upper level managerial positions for the hotel properties and implementing the design, placement and utilization of formal systems to ensure the efficient, effective use of human capital in the accomplishment of organizational goals.

Jim Chiaravalle
Director of BBL Hospitality Operations

Mr. Chiaravalle brings more than thirty years of hospitality experience to BBL Hospitality. He has full responsibility for establishing and evaluating all the functions of BBL Hospitality. He carries out the supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Prior to joining BBL Hospitality, Mr. Chiaravalle held the position of Controller for Bigsbee Enterprises in Schenectady, New York since 1990.

Director of Hotel Operations

Ms. Hennessey brings nearly 24 years of hospitality experience to BBL Hospitality and is responsible for the overall success of the company’s hotel operations. She oversees the short and long-term planning and strategic direction of new hotel properties, as well as implementing programs and managing daily operations. Prior to joining BBL Hospitality, Ms. Hennessey was the General Manager of the Courtyard by Marriott in Saratoga Springs since its inception in 2004.

Kenneth Waldie
Director of Food and Beverage

Mr. Waldie has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He is responsible for all aspects of food and beverages including lead consultation on brand standards, menu and kitchen design, food safety, training and administration. Prior to joining BBL Hospitality, Mr. Waldie held the position of Area Director of Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar in the Clifton Park and Colonie District of Upstate New York.

Adam Lundin
Director of Finance

Mr. Lundin has five years of experience in the hospitality industry and more than eleven years of accounting experience. He is responsible for the company’s financial plans and policies, its accounting practices, the conduct of its relationships with lending institutions and the financial community, the maintenance of its fiscal records and the preparation of financial reports. Prior to joining BBL Hospitality, Mr. Lundin held the position as the Controller for The Great Escape Properties (Six Flags) in Glens Falls, New York.

Carrie Hillenbrandt CMP
Director of Sales and Marketing

Ms. Hillenbrandt has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry and currently leads the strategic sales efforts for BBL Hospitality. She plays an integrated role in working with the hotel sales personnel to develop new opportunities and attract new business. Prior to joining BBL Hospitality, Ms. Hillenbrandt held the Director of Sales position at the Marriott Hotel in Albany, New York.

Mr. Robyck has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He has constructed 7 hotels for the BBL Companies and is involved in every aspect of the process. He is highly experienced in brand standard coordination and design standards. Mr. Robyck consults on all BBL hospitality and restaurant projects.
