Meet the team behind BBL Hospitality

Steve Obermayer

President, Chief Financial Officer

As President of BBL Hospitality, Mr. Obermayer is responsible for all aspects of operations and sales for the company’s 14 hotels and 13 restaurants; including investment and acquisition activity as well as new business development. Mr. Obermayer also serves the role of Chief Financial Officer for BBL Family of Companies, giving him financial oversight of all corporate resources and strategic planning.

Carrie Hillenbrandt, CMP

Senior Vice President

Carrie is an accredited Certified Meeting Professional with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry.  She leads the BBL team overseeing hospitality operations, marketing and associate development.

Todd Carozza

Vice President of Hotel Operations

Mr. Carozza brings over 25 years of hospitality experience to BBL Hospitality and is responsible for the overall success of the company’s hotel operations. He oversees the short and long-term planning and strategic direction of new hotel properties, as well as implementing programs and managing daily operations. 

Kenneth Waldie

Vice President of Restaurant Development

Mr. Waldie has more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He is responsible for all aspects of food and beverages including lead consultation on brand standards, menu and kitchen design, food safety, training and administration.

Kevin Quinn

Vice President of Finance

Kevin has over ten years of accounting and property management experience with the companies.  He oversees the daily operations of the accounting department, preparation of all financial reports and prepares the annual budgets.

Donna Mogul, CPM

Director of Human Resources

Ms. Mogul has eight years of Human Resources experience with BBL Hospitality, and spent more than 16 years in an accounting and property management position with the company. She maintains and enhances BBL Hospitality's mission and culture through associate communications and programs.

Experience & Portfolio

Over the past several decades, BBL Hospitality and its affiliates have constructed more than 40 hotels totaling over 3 million square feet of hotel space and over 5,330 rooms. We currently manage 12 hotels and 13 restaurants of our own.
